I’ve been around PolyJohn for most of my life, and that has given me a deep appreciation for the people, customers, and culture that have made the company what it is today.

I’m a chemical engineer by training and began my career consulting in Gulf Coast refining operations, with a focus on process safety, operations, and complex industrial environments. That experience shaped how I think about systems, accountability, continuous improvement, and solving problems for customers.

As CEO, I see my most important responsibilities as setting a clear vision, living and reinforcing our culture, and making sure we continue to provide the greatest possible value to our customers. That means staying close to the people we serve, continuously improving how we operate, and making decisions with the long term in mind.

I’m proud of PolyJohn’s history, but I’m even more focused on what comes next—building a stronger company for our customers, our employees, and the next generation.
