I’ve spent more than 32 years working in sales, account management, and distributor relations, and one of the things I’ve always enjoyed most is building strong relationships with my customers. As an Account Manager for Retail and Distributors, I work closely with our partners to understand their businesses, their customers, and what they need to be successful.

Over the years, I’ve learned that great customer service is about more than simply taking an order. It’s about being available, listening, solving problems, and finding ways to make doing business easier. I enjoy helping our distributors identify opportunities for growth and finding solutions that work for their individual needs and markets.

I take a lot of pride in the relationships I’ve built throughout my career. I want my customers to know they can count on me to follow through, communicate with them, and be there when they need help. Whether I’m assisting with an order, working through a challenge, or helping identify a new opportunity, my goal is always to make sure my customers feel supported.

After more than three decades in this industry, I still believe strong business relationships come down to trust, communication, and taking care of people. I’m proud to be a resource for both our customers and my colleagues, and I look forward to continuing to help our distributor partners grow and succeed.
